HeyBryan launches in Edmonton Alberta and provides corporate updates
HeyBryan, the app that connects homeowners with experts to complete small home-maintenance tasks, is now live and operating in the city of Edmonton, Alberta, effective immediately.
Edmontonians are now able to book HeyBryan Experts across 21 home maintenance categories, some of which include general handyman, painting, yard work, electrical and plumbing services. Edmonton is the fourth and most recent city launch. HeyBryan now operates in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, Calgary, and now, Edmonton.
Lance Montgomery, Founder & CEO of HeyBryan, says: “What really makes our app different is the overall customer experience that comes along with booking a HeyBryan Expert. All experts have been background checked and vetted. And our customer service team is ready to help at the drop of a hat. We’re very excited to be able to continue our national expansion, bringing convenient and timely home-maintenance services to even more Canadians, now including Edmonton.” HeyBryan plans to add more Canadian locations in 2020.
HeyBryan also announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted stock options to certain directors, management and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 8,550,000 common shares of the Company at the price of $0.06 per share for a period of 2 years from the date of the grant. These option grants are in recognition of the dedication that the entire HeyBryan team has shown through the unprecedented impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure continued alignment between the team and the Company going forward. Additionally, the Company advises that Mr. Ken Dobell, Chief Marketing Officer, has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company thanks Mr. Dobell for his creativity, guidance and support during the Company’s formative period.
